Does moonshine/ethanol have hydrocarbons & fungus? Can it be stored for years and then used for fuel?

I was going to store 50+ gallons of gasoline for my generator until I learned that the hydrocarbons would be consumed by fungus in the gasoline & that's why its no good after 6 months or so. So I am wondering if I make 50+ gallons of 190 proof ethanol/moonshine, can I store that for 10+ years and then use it to run the generator? (uming I adjust the engine to run off of ethanol)
