Isn't wearing the American flag as apparel considered an improper display of the flag?

If you're a conservative your values change from hour to hour, depending on what the liberals appear to be doing. This year the fillibuster is IN. Four years ago it was "unconsionable". Drill baby drill is now OUT, and financial regulation was in a few months ago, but now it's out since democrats are trying to do it.
