Statistic on % americans who have lost drivers license ?

Does anyone know the percent of Americans currently who have lost their drivers license priveleges due to DWI or DUI conviction ? For some reason I have never heard any statistic or percent quoted for this group of offenders in America. There seem to be quite a few, atleast in the area where I live, who cannot drive any more because they lost their license to drinking.
