Why do rap/hip/hop aritist share the mic on albums and in concerts?

because some people will see a metallica concert and some people might see a pantera concert but them some people will say holy **** metallica and pantera are doing a concert together we have to see that its all about the money and not many people on here won't even know who your talking about so expect to just get yelled at
