Why don't American Muslim women realize that their religion's dress code is based on ist idealogy?

In the United States, people are free to do as they please, yet many Muslim women insist on obeying religious ideas from the stone age. It is the equivalent of other American women laying in bed all day waiting to conceive, only to be interrupted by dishes, laundry, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. What gives? Any responses referring to cultural expectations and fear of family responses will be ignored as the result of simple minded illiterate fools. This is the land of the free. Act like it and stop begging for acceptance.
