Republicans, which is more offensive: A) a cartoon about a girl with down syndrome? or B) the 1000's of...?

I don't see any one making fun of the babies in Iraq. It's low to make fun of people with mental or physical abilities. It could have been you or me. It could be our children. I just don't see how anyone would find it funny. To each their own I guess.
