Sharp pain in Ovary, is it Endometriosis?

I strongly suggest that you call your gynecologist immediately to be seen asap and to get another ultrasound and also, while speaking with them, tell them you want to see a reproductive endocrinologist. You do not have to be actively trying to have kids to see one. They just deal with the glands and hormones involved in the reproductive system. Your best bet at getting answers is in seeing a specialist. I had all of the symptoms you mentioned above and the only treatment I've even had to stop the pain was through being pregnant or on birth control pills. I was diagnosed with PCOS with Endo. You are going to need to see a specialist and there are no easy answered, but an ultrasound will help to see if anything is inflamed, from ovaries to bowels, and if there is a problem needing immediate attention. If nothing shows, then you should start the birth control therapy and see the specialist to start a more thorough approach at reaching some answers. Gl to you.
