Dog puking orange and pooping blood mucus?

My dog is about 12 weeks old and an italiangreyhound. She is usually quite hyper dog who barely ever sleeps except for in her kennel at night. Last night she puked orange and didnt worry about it much bcuz her food is orange. But this morning she pooped red mucus and we arent sure whats wrong with her. She started to act more like herself. Shes biting and chewong but she isn quite there yet. I think my sister is taking her to the vet today but she hasnt replied yet. Any help would be great. Please and thank you
