Debate Topic-Affirmative- Should you have to learn a language other than English?

You should not have to learn a foreign language but it can certainly come in handy if you at least have a grasp of foreign languages especially if you plan to go on holidays in foreign countries or do business with them, instead of doing the universal arrogant English speaking thing of talking slowly and loudly and getting upset when you realise that you cant be understood.
