HELP...my colored tattoos have not healed...?

Did your tattoo artist go in too deep with the color? This is a common mistake for new artists and it makes the tattoo scar more and heal much slower. Have you tried just cleaning it with saline or sea salts in the bath? I wouldn't recommend this for new tattoos but if you are 4 months out then I think that it would be worth a try.
