What high school should i go to?

I will go to a very small high school that is poorer than crap and has very very bad education and o.k athletics. But, I love my friends and I have a lot in my grade and I don't want to leave them, I'm good with people and would make new friends. Also, I'm on a swim team and travel softball team so i know how to make friends with new people i just really really love my friends. The other option is top of the line private, all girls, catholic high school that has super super good academics and athletics. I love sports and would love to get more skill. The only problems with this school is it is an hour away and I'm afraid i will flunk out because the curriculum is so intense, but I am a really smart kid 3.9- 4.0 gpa but my middle school academics suck.What do you think i should do?
