What is the difference between a dictatorship, fascism and totalitarianism?

there isn't much of a difference in praticality...a dictatorship refers more towards the actual person leading (one)....fascism is extreme ideology to put it loosely....totalitarianism is broad dominance...or "total" dominance.....while forcing wills on the society....they all go hand-in-hand
