Canada or england for university?

i live in greece but i'm thinking of leaving next year if university of athens is bad.i don't know if i should go to canada, u of t,mc gill ,laurentian or somewhere in england. i'm doing geology but i would really want atmospheric and oceanic studies. .have a 93% average.does anybody know any good universities? i'm from canada
