Is there any easy way to type pinyin on a Windows computer?

JeeVee is right, you can just do "insert symbol", but this way is manual and very tedious. In the same dialogue box she talked about, there is a space for the "Character Code", where you can type in your own character code (ex: ma4). This doesn't work on some computers - it works on mine, but not on my school's.
