Is This True ? ( Iraq War and 9/11 Attacks )?

I once saw one of our Marines interviewed in Iraq, he believed Iraq was responsible for 911. Apparently, the false flag op didn't stop at 911, it continued on in the form of propaganda on our troops to focus their hatred on Iraq.
